Can identify a turquoise stone?

The identification contest is to grow and showcase the skill of looking at a turquoise stone and identifying where it was mined, if it was mined, and/or if it is natural or not. Individuals who take the time to build and hone that skill should be recognized and valued for their work, that is exactly what this contest is designed to showcase.

Competitors will be shown a group of approximately 30 pieces of “turquoise” then identify the mine source and condition of the piece. The competitor with the most correct answers will win a cash prize and trophy. In the event of a tie, the faster competitor will win.
